Where is the Karoonda Farm Fair and Show located?

It is located in Karoonda in the heart of South Australia’s Mallee region, known for its rich agricultural history, unique natural environment and welcoming community.

Located 60km northeast of Murray Bridge, 165km East of Adelaide.

What accommodation is available?

Camping will be offered at the Karoonda Golf Club. More information coming soon.

Camping is also available at the nearby Wynarka Recreation Grounds.                           for more information. 

 

Accommodation is also available in:-
Murray Bridge (65 kms), Tailem Bend (50 kms), Lameroo (60 kms), Mannum (70 kms) and Loxton (100 kms).

What catering options are available?

Full catering will be available throughout the Fair by local organisations. A variety of BBQ menus including lamb, fish and beef will be available, along with a full canteen. Professional caterers will also be in attendance. Bar facilities available. Breakfast on Friday and Saturday mornings will be on site.

No commercial sites are to sell food without the prior approval of the Committee.

THURSDAY NIGHT: Meals available at the Karoonda Hotel or local Café.

Professional caterers can apply for a catering site in early January. Permission may be granted provided it doesn’t clash with “local” groups (where this is their major fundraiser for the year) and it is different from what is already available. Catering is also restricted to ensure all applicants receive a reasonable return.
