We are set to host one of the wildest rides! The V8 Lawnmower Spectacular.
These purpose built mowers weigh 3 ½ tonnes and can drag a sled 100 metres in 15 seconds. Now that's fast.This is a great racing event that is very competitive where you won't leave disappointed.
Race times to be confirmed, so stay tuned.
At 7pm watch exhaust pipes light up for the twilight drag demonstration.

Reptile Kingdom Australia - A true aussie experience!
Come and admire the venomous snake and reptile show. Conquer your fear and feel a giant monitor and pat Cuddles, the 3 metre olive python! While you’re up close and personal with the reptiles, Luke shares his knowledge and explains vital snake awareness.
Learn essential knowledge on how to manage a snake bite correctly, it could be the difference between life and death.
During his shows you will also get to see saint goannas, saltwater crocodiles and friendly pythons.

At this year’s Karoonda Farm Fair, we are very lucky to have a special guest, TV personality Kim Syrus.
You can see Kim Syrus delivering two engaging presentations on the main Karoonda Farm Fair stage titled ‘Gardens Grow on You’, which will explore the connection between people and plants and positive ways that this enhances mental health and wellbeing.
Kim is joining us as part of a health and wellbeing initiative being coordinated by the Murray Mallee GP Network, Focus One Health and the District Council of Karoonda East Murray.
Murray Mallee GP Network in conjunction with Focus One Health and District Council of Karoonda East Murray are hosting a 'Health and Wellbeing Zone'.
Get all your health and wellbeing advise and guidance in relation to physical and mental health issues.
In this zone, Kim Syrus - television and garden personality will be giving 2 shows daily on 'Gardens Grow on You'. These shows will explore the positive ways that people and plants connect.
Need tips on pruning and gardening, Kym will be available to answer your questions.
Other attractions and activities in this zone include:

Heritage Horse Power will feature their draught horses at this years Farm Fair.
These horses will be providing demonstrations throughout the days showcasing the history of their work, farming education and training activities that they undertake to perform the work a farmer requires. Here you will also find a display of photos, exhibits of harness and vehicles.
Some of the breeds of horses that will be participating in this demonstration are Belgian Draught, Clydesdale, Gypsy Cob, Norwegian Fjord, Percheron, Shire and Welsh Cob.
Not sure of the on the breeds of horses - there is chance for you to ask questions and an opportunity for you to get close and personal with these beautiful animals with their petting sessions.
These horses are talented - It's not often that you will able to have a close encounter so make sure you stop by and see the Heritage Horse Power at the Karoonda Farm Fair.

There is a range of exhibitors featured this year with indoor and outdoor displays from bric-a-brac, farm machinery and equipment, car sales, car accessories, clothing, household goods, homemade products, arts and crafts, plants and much more.
One of the largest fashion events in the Murraylands. This years parade will present the latest apparel of Australia's designers and local retailers.
The Fashion Parade will feature clothing from:

- Harvest of Pinnaroo
- Home On West
All clothing featured in the runway will be available for purchase from the retailers at the Karoonda Farm Fair.
AWI Runway 101 kit will showcase the latest wool apparel of some of Australia’s greatest designers and retailers. This kit has been on tour and will feature in the Karoonda Farm Fair fashion parades. The runway kit includes garments from Australian designer labels including Country Road, Sportscraft, Witchery, SABA, Forever New and MJ Bale.
The garments presented at this year's Farm Fair will feature in the AWI ‘Beyond the Bale’ magazine in 2018.
Find the courage to conquer the Rock About climbing wall.
This wall will allow rock climbers to navigate through the difficult formations and make their way to the top of the structure. If you make it to the top, I guarantee that you'll enjoy the view.
Climbing the wall will build stamina, strengthen your muscles and increase your heart rate. It will test your core body muscles and legs to enable you to find a right balance during your climb.
The Rock About wall welcomes climbers of all levels and abilities can come together and have fun. Even if you are new to rock climbing and have always wanted to learn, Rock About can assist you along your climbing journey.
Visit the Natural Resources Marquee to learn about soils, pest plant and animals, farming sustainably, National Parks and how to get involved in citizen science.
There’s also plenty for the kids with Animals Anonymous bringing along their live native animal display and other interactive and engaging activities.
PIRSA will also be in the marquee along with the Office of the Premier's Advocate for Suicide Prevention, Farm Forestry Landcare Network, and the Murray-Darling Basin Authority.
The Kids Pavilion offers a wonderful world of excitement, discovery and imagination for young children and families.
There is plenty of games, arts and crafts, animal nursery and sideshows to explore.
It is fun, it is action-packed - kids of all ages will not want to leave!
Friday night from 5pm until late is a free community event including a Fashion Parade and Kid’s Dances. Gather some friends, have dinner together and listen to local talent than at 6:45pm, watch exhaust pipes light up for the twilight drag demonstration.
At 7.30 pm head to the Shearing Shed for the ever-popular speed shear.
When the sun has gone down, visit the Karoonda Silo Art – where you see a selection of the photographs from the Photography competition displayed in the Karoonda Silo Art’s night projection show.
Friday night is action packed with free entertainment. Full bar facilities available.
Not interested in shearing - live music will keep entertained until 10.00 pm.
Meals will be available from 5.00 p.m. Full Bar facilities available.
Camping facilities are available to those wanting to stay and enjoy the action packed Saturday program.
A different flavor to the Friday night entertainment.
Local talent will be entertaining the crowd with involvement from local school children to community members. It will be a showcase of a variety of acts from dancing through to comedy.
The night will be hosted by Caroline Phillips, which may also have some surprises as the night rolls on, for family of all ages.
TAFE SA conduct a very popular come and try shearing and wool handling for school students, along with various exhibitors hosting activities for students to come and try.
